It's a bit confronting seeing all these covers together as the portraits progressively get closer and closer to the camera 😂 A lot of the smiles start to get unhinged too, particularly Cheryl Tiegs'. You just know in some of them she was not in the smiling mood.

Thanks @blueorchid for such a mammoth task! And also hope you are aren't haunted by these wide-eyed irises.

@justaguy No problem, it's a pleasure! The Anne Holbrook cover is one of my favourites from this era as well!

I'll probably post the rest throughout the week. I might post some editorials too, but their archives are such low quality compared to the Vogue Archives. So many images have the wrong dimensions, etc. It's annoying.

Anne was such an underrated model...well, actually, so many from that era were.

LOL I've been told the Bazaar archive can be challenging! Thank you again for sharing and taking the time to make the images presentable!

That's how I noticed it (lol I was examining the issues)... although technically, based on the publishing schedules, 1972 is correct, if you think about it.
