Abbey Lee Kershaw

some more photos from when she was in Australia for the Ruben Guthrie premiere

Abbey Lee Kershaw covers up her slender figure as she holds hands with an elderly woman... before changing into an all-leather ensemble for Ruben Guthrie premiere

She is known for strutting her stuff down runways for large international fashion brands.

But on Thursday, Australian model Abbey Lee Kershaw made the Sydney streets her very own catwalk as she strolled through the streets.

The 28-year-old showed off her long blonde locks, which has a blue and pink balayage through it, as she held hands with an elderly lady believed to be the Melbourne-born model's grandmother

i'm really starting to dislike abbey… in all her interviews and her appearances on the red carpet she comes across as very entitled, which totally worked when she was still a model because she f**king ruled the catwalk, but now it's like, girl, you're a model-turned-actress with like one movie, get over your f**king self…

LOL she will have a hard time booking job in the acting world but lucky for her she wont care since she made heaps of money from modeling that will last her life-time. Gemma Ward tea...

Actually not the case with Gemma financially, I don't want to elaborate because it is a personal source but don't believe everything you read about models and their $

I don't for the most part but she must have made a lot of money, she's almost an 'icon'..like?!

She'll get little jobs here and there ( like the one in Mad max) but she wont be the star she thinks she is.

Does she come off that way? I found her interview in The Guardian refreshing in which she did not mince words about a certain designer for a French luxury brand of more than 10 years.

I'm taking your comment as sarcasm lol, but that interview was ~1% refreshing, ~99% cringeworthy. If that's what she has to say 5 years later and seems to hold such a grudge for ALMOST being canceled but still walking the show, I wonder what she'd have to say if she was fired from a job that was the primary source of over 90% of her income. It's hard to feel any sympathy for her "modelling woes" when she's benefited so much from that opportunity...I guess at least she acknowledges that. At least she found something "fulfilling" so I guess her soul is now unburdened.

I was not being sarcastic. What I found refreshing was Abbey Lee’s honesty. Fashion and entertainment can be an incredibly boring place with so many media-trained voices dominating. Abbey Lee was frank about something she did not like and said as much. Perhaps that sounds bitter, but I certainly did not interpret it that way. Look, I guess it is neither here nor there. Abbey Lee is making movies. Lots of them. Fair play to her.

^ Looks beautiful BUT, I thought she was disillusioned and over modeling? ... :ermm:

Beautiful, that 4th picture reminds me so much of '09 Abbey! This is surprising, but in a good way. Glad she's not totally done with modelling.

Loved that she talked about Natasha and the InstaGirls

On Natasha

Do you have any favorite models in the industry?

There were a lot of girls from my era that I always looked up to when I started, like Natasha Poly. She was the queen of everything. She is flawless with an incredible work ethic.

On InstaGirls

Modeling is a whole new ball game now with the social era. Girls now are creating an image before they are working as models. They can gain work because they have a high volume of followers.

Never enough Abbey Lee — @abbeylee might be too busy for a selfie, but not too busy to feature in the #InterviewGang series in the September 2015 issue of @interviewmag. #NextOnThePage

#828 Beautiful. So glad that terrible nose ring is gone is those pics.

Based on the latest post, I guess it just migrated down to her lip lol.

She looks better than ever though. I'm not sure if it's just because she ditched that awful platinum blonde, but she looks so much better now.

Not Gemma's thread but it reminds me of this post

I remember Abbey supposedly earning $100k for 2 looks at Chanel (Paris).
So $30k after agency fees before expenses.

She is a new face of DKNY 'Be Delicious'

Damnnnn.
That is what models should look like. Not 14 years old.
Looking at Abbey's looks on the previous page she looks soooo young in the first few shots it's disturbing but now she's perfect.
