Mood/style:
a natural collection and a barely hinted at hippy twist with soft or strong, yet strictly solid, colour palettes. There is no looking back to the past, no icon referred to, but instead an absolutely contemporary spirit. Pieces are layered tone-on-tone, hems are often asymmetrical, pullovers are oversized, and culottes bloom in the place of shorts. Minimalism is slowed only by some large-bead embroidery, python prints and a touch of silvery light

extra-short or extra-long

Colours:
white, ice, navy blue, red, black, silver

Fabrics:
chiffon, leather, cotton, hi-tech fabric, silk, cotton tricot, nylon, resin, jersey

Shapes:
straight or slightly flared for some jackets and tops, oversize for some sweaters

Accessories:
very high leather, patent leather and synthetic resin wedge heels, sunglasses, silver leather bags

After seeing the HQ photos I don't think I like this collection as much as I originally thought I did. I love all of the sheer layering and a couple of other pieces but the rest is ehhhhh.

i don't think you can look at ACNE as total looks. their brilliance lies in the simplistic,cool separates that you can mix with just about everything under the sun. and this looks fantastic as always to me. little disappointed with the presence of the footwear.....they do so much better than that! of course,i'm sure they're merely showpieces or they have different versions that will be sold later....still....not taken.

This is pretty boring and the shoes look like a hooker's take on some traditional japanese sandal.

honestly, the shoes and sunglasses distract me from this unbelievably refined and well-thought collection. the clothes really speak for themselves....the girls could've gone barefoot and communicated the edginess more effectively.

I adore this collection! I would wear every outfit. I have to say I'm not dying over the accessories though. The shoes look pretty uncomfortable and awkward and the sunglasses are just a nono!
