His last show in Portland was attended by several hundred people.

seems like theres been a portland fashion scene slowly emerging in recent years.

i really like that city, haven't visited in a while.

adam is still in business and quite busy (he is still producing pretty much everything himself as well as doing two co-ed shows a year).

miranda july is an visual and performance artist as well as a director/actor (Me and You and Everyone We Know). adam also recently designed the men's clothes for the wedding of the lead singer of the dandy warhols.

as to why he's in portland...it's a great city and it's affordable and it's still developing.
