The O.C.'s Adam Brody wants to find love again.

Life imitated art for Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson when The O.C. co-stars dated for two years. But unlike their TV counterparts, the pair's December split was anything but dramatic. "It was the most dignified breakup you could imagine," reveals Adam, 27, star of the movie In The Land of Women. "Neither of us left the other for anyone else, and we're still friends."

How did you and Rachel avoid a nasty breakup?
I'm not someone who looks for drama or goes around breaking up every other week. So, I think my relationship with Rachel seemed kind of boring.

Why do you think that it's so hard to make love last in Hollywood?
Even when you're in the most happy and healthy relationship, it's hard to keep a level head when you're working with beautiful, charming actresses. You really need the most tremendous willpower imaginable!

Was it tough saying goodbye to The O.C. after four seasons?
Yes and no. Creatively, I think everybody was ready to move on. But it's also sad that I'm not around the people who were like a second family to me.

Do you ever go online to see what people say about you?
The Adam Brody shrine sites can get a little creepy. I used to go to The O.C. web site all the time and let me tell you, it's entertaining. People come up with the most creative, nasty things when they don't like you.

How does it feel to be considered a sex symbol?
Well, it's interesting that no one called me a hunk until I was on a hit show. Suddenly, I was the sexiest young actor on TV! But it's fine, and if a cute girl is saying it, then I absolutely embrace it!

Oh yeah I saw that but I was surprised since he doesn't seem like the kind of "celebrity" that travels around the world for anything, really. He's always in LA... sometimes NY but Austria? I dunno, I was surprised. Anyway thanks for the info. :)

I'm totally fine with him over Rachel, to tell you the truth. Though, I'd have liked a nasty break-up better. ;)) Their relationship seems like one of those that just fell apart... so it looks very difficult for them to get back together. I bet they were "over each other" even before officially parting. Good while it lasted but that was it.

It's so weird they looked so in love. I thought it was just rumor.:cry:

I've always thought that the reason they broke up is bec. Rachel has no time for Adam. (promoting the last kiss and filming Jumper)
