That does suck but I can see why he turned it down. He seems like the type of person who wants to do a lot more with his talent than just be the funny awkward guy in every role.

Pushing Daisies?!?!....I love watching that show...good plots...knowing now that he could've played the lead...I can understand why Lee Pace (lead in Pushing Daisies) was chosen. He does resembles a bit of Brody, not as hot though...LOL
