Fair enough, but I've always respected models like Lara Stone who have rejected the idea of " celebrity" and chosen instead to be fantastic models much more than those who almost use modeling only as a platform to other things ( not saying that's what Agy's doing but she kinda is in someways.)

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with trying loads of different things but I just personally respect actors\singer\models better when they stick to their craft. It's maybe more a psychological thing on my part.

Does Agy have a new editorial coming out soon at least?? I need to remind myself how she's actually a model these days!

At the official unveiling of the Agyness Dean mannequin at Rootstein, the gregarious model herself was nowhere to be found. We hear from her agents at DNA Models that she’s working on a movie project in Long Island which prevented her from attending last night’s fete. No matter, as many heavy hitters in the industry including execs from Grey Advertising, Bergdorf Goodman and Conde Nast went to check out the figure. Agyness joins other model notables who’ve had their features eternalized such as Twiggy, Pat Cleveland, Erin O’Connor, Jade Parfitt and Karen Mulder.
