The 25-year-old Mancunian was the star attraction at Giles Deacon's catwalk show at the Old Truman Brewery as part of London Fashion Week yesterday.
Agyness regularly models for Giles Deacon and was the face of his Gold collection for New Look earlier this year.
In between strutting her stuff on the catwalk, Agyness was inseparable from her rocker boyfriend Albert Hammond Jnr backstage.
The couple have declined to comment on recent rumours they have got engaged after just three months together.
For the show, Agyness donned a striking black and yellow gown, as well as a curve-creating white shift dress.
