^Yes its just comes out once a year as a supplement to Glamour to advertise the tv special of the same name. Thanks for posting the scans Faith, Agyness looks great in all of the pics, she really can pull off all the different styles effortlessly, love the goth one the most in that amazing McQueen gown!!

Yes -- it actually comes with subscribed issues of Vogue, Teen Vogue, W, Glamour, Lucky, etc. etc. Last year the issue itself was on newsstands as well

Batgeline, she was (is?) in a group with her friends called Lucky Knitwear. I don't know if they're still making music, but Aggy probably isn't involved now that she's living in New York. They have a Myspace page but unfortunately I've never heard anything by them.
