What does 'Long may she rain' means?

^ " Long may she reign" would mean like " May she rule forever."

However, on her jacket it's spelt like "rain" as in from the sky. It's cute!!

i def like Agy more than Kate Moss (especially when it comes to modelling) but i dont think u cant even compare those 2...theyre completely different...style-wise and career-wise
