DID AGYNESS DEYN forget to pay the electricity bill at her New York pad?
Because she looks like she got dressed in the dark before stepping out in the Big Apple.

Either that, or the Brit supermodel is trying too hard to not look like she’s tried too hard, if you know what I mean.
While Dr Martens may be making a comeback, I’m sure her shockingly garish jumper will never catch on.
