TARGET’S TERMS OF ADORNMENT: Albertus Swanepoel, the South African milliner whose work on the runway is whimsical, fantastical and rarefied, will give the masses a taste of his aesthetic by hooking up with Target for a limited edition accessories collection launching on Oct. 30 at most Target stores and target.com through late December. The Albertus Swanepoel for Target collection will feature 14 women’s hats, some in leopard print and with fashionable trims. The hats will be $19.99 each.(wwd)

um, no. that is a very common name in south africa. he's one of the most famous milliners working today in high fashion. i think he's more famous than phillip treacy.
