She very obviously got her lips done, they're dramatically different than they used to be. It looks like she may have had some work on her nose and jaw as well, though that's harder to tell.

To me she just looks like every blonde p*rnstar now.

Maybe they have the same surgeon. They both just have that generic "gimme the works" plastic surgery look. Fake brow, fake cheeks, fake lips, fake nose, etc.
