the campaign is sensational and even better than the previous one. i love this intimate atmosphere, something really seductive, sensual yet very tender. it feels kind of voyeuristic in a way. Amazing!

here are some thoughts on the campaign i've just written in my blog:

one can blaim alessandro dell'acqua for sometimes being too obvious or trying too hard, but you can't deny his talent and sensuality captured in layers of weightless fabrics mixed up with way too sexy bondage memorabilia and all those striking details that bring you to the forbidden land of sexuality and phallic symbols freud was so much fond of. yet there's something more than banal interpretations of womens' humps and lumps. it's about some promises that actually never guarantee anything, hints without any suggestions. what dell'acqua manages to do is bringing the exact dose of what's hot (rather than what's not) not making it look vulgar or actually h-o-t. there's a mystery about his woman, a girl who's enjoying being in her own skin, the skin that makes you wanna dive into it.
the fall-winter 09 ad campaign features one of the most beautiful and subtle creatures of the modern catwalks, miss from-poland-with-love, magdalena frackowiak. continuing the spring-summer saga of being caught somewhere in between nameless and faceless interiors, these images by london-based, id-nurtured photographer glen luchford capture an intimate feel of being tet-a-tet with the melting beauty that seems to just fade away. with an intense spirit of the invisible desire and those deep eyes locked on you the pictures feel almost voyeuristic. contrary to the pastel palette of the images it makes the word 'innocence' feel in-vogue again (yet no less dangerous). as they say, if look could kill...
