She has a very similar vision compared to Fabio, over the top luxe with sprinkle of italian kitschness and tackiness, that's why she was perfect for Fendi under Karl and Fendi in general

Yeah she has a great style, also very multifaceted, she can go from Prada to Alaia in seconds
Also she is a real fashion lover and enjoys dressing up, not like Anna Dello Russo who turned out to be a mercenary accepting collaborations with C-list brands just to get easy and fast checks

i get it 1000000 %🤮 in experience and many of my friends still in situations like this with people like her on all levels in the industry

optics !!!!!! as a company does not reflected multiple realities of other people within a company with less power.

Kim was not close to her as here time at Fendi was much longer thus hence the fendi (we are family ) company like because also she know lots of things of the company and on silvia ...best to keep some public peace .....
