Hi everyone!

i'm new one here. I've been following Alexa's style for 2 years now and I find her amazing. I'm a big fan of her boyfriend's both bands and that is how I found out about her.

I think a fashion is like an extension of your personality and for me she perfectly fits into that idea. Of course I don't know her personally but from what I have seen she seems to be smart, eloquent, good sence of humor with ability for self-irony (to me it seems very important if one wants to stay grounded).

Although I think it's very hard to be unique in style these days due to hyperproduction in fashion and the fact that everyone wears similar stuff every year, I think she is doing a pretty good job.

I wouldn't say her look is unique(I don't think there is one today) since she didn't invent it herself but is influenced by designers collections (i believe Charles Anastase the most) and vintage looks (i know she loves Marianne Faithfull. Who doesn't? ).
All those (good) influences mixed with, what it seems to me, a good quality personality makes her semi-unique look a big inspiration for me.
Plus, I do think she has the right attitude to wear certain things. I mean, some things she wears I really couldn't imagine looking great on anyone else but her. She can get away with almost everything

Hopefully she will have a succesfull 2010 so we can see more of her outfits.

I don't particularly like the Pepe styling in those pictures, I hope they have some other to put in the magazines :/ I doubt it though... And I definitely don't like the shoes. But Alexa would look lika a million bucks in anything, so... But having her, I would've done a better job, I think.

Does anybody know where her Talking Heads t-shirt is from? I know it's her own personal t-shirt, but I have a feeling it's vintage. I really want one and I think hers is the nicest I've seen so far.
