Alexa Chung

It's by Fallon, here is a different version Barneys online sold out of the color one

Thanks for id'ing it! Bit out of my price range though. And thanks to those who have posted ebay search ideas, hopefully I'll find something!

Navygreen- considering you have a link to the celeb weight thread in your signature, one would expect your comments on Alexa's weight to remain in that thread. It seems like you always have a dig to make at her for being slim. Yes, she's thin- but I'm here to talk about her clothes, not speculate on her eating habits.

Her shoes at the Moet party are by Marni.

ah i thought they might be, thanks for the id.
*sigh* oh to be alexa and have the money for all these lovely clothes! this coat and those shoes are my favourite items of hers in a long while, with the exception of the 2.55 of course. ^_^ :p

she looks pretty! i don't know why everyone says she looks so bad :( i mean the coat is not the nicest colour, but the shoes are great.

that facebook pic is brilliant, wish it was bigger! loving the pocahontas dress ( i saw the end of that film yesterday, soo need to dig out my disney videos!!)

it's a shame the mawi necklace sold out, i didn't even know which one it was either! :( i am sure she's worn this one though http://www.net-a-porter.com/product/22858 thats also on sale

Don't despair, i hear there is a waiting list so they will possibly reproduce more?! Try emailing Mawi directly as it is from their archive collection (2006) and no longer retailing in stores. That's where i got mine!

I love the coat. It looks so soft!
I also love the box. I don't understand you people who are saying you don't like it. (this isn't meant to be confrontational, I just want to know why). Ok, it's rigid but I don't see that as a bad thing. Anyway, the shoes are great too with that outfit. Looks like she has been looking at MKA's thread, no?
I don't think her writing's that grating.... didn't she use multi-syllabled words when she interviewed people on popworld; or has nostalgia made my memory rose-tinted? Newspaper articles are often wordy (not that I'm saying Alexa should become a journalist or anything) but it's not written for tv or radio, if it was it would be completely different (or it would have to be).
edit: forgot to say that I love the Moet bottle with her name on it too! I want one (with my name on it.)

I do not believe anyone's problem was with her using "multi-syllabled words", the problem was with how she worded her sentences. Every paragraph read really odd, especially when the article is read aloud. She can use as many "multi-syllable" words as she chooses, I only ask that she learn how to use them. And in fact, I will have to agree with you on how the article was particularly wordy. Much of it could have been edited down, if not in the interest of style, then definitely for content. :D

Anyways...Loved the coat and the look at the Moet party. Trying to see how I can get my hands on that coat!

It's like she has Turner sitting next to her when she writes it & everytime she wants an 'interesting' word she asks him to name a random one...

Just my little image of the pair haha!

She won a place at Kings College to read English...I dont think she needs help writing a column once a week. Lay off her, girls

is alexa on facebook!? i read in a magazine that she's addicted to it and takes her laptop to bed!! =)

i'm gonna post some freshly squeezed screencaps from the last few days in a bit :)
