As of today (July 20), she still is. She just said it on the episode with Alexa Vega.

Maybe Alexa isn't a vegetarian because she is against animal cruelty etc. Some people are vegetarians for othee reasons, such as health. So maybe, she isn't conscious of how leather is made.

It couldn't have been a better night for a party in the Cooper Hotel penthouse with its indoor-outdoor layout and 180-degree view of the Manhattan skyline. But what one thing could make it that much sweeter? Having the ever-charming Alexa Chung DJing with friend Tennessee Thomas at her side (in a red polka dot frock à la Minnie Mouse).

The party hosted by Creative Recreation to celebrate their spring '10 collection was a prime opportunity for the stylish set to head out for the night, including Lucky's Jen Ford, Beatrice DJ Rian Fosset, and Alex Turner from the Arctic Monkeys. Aroma Di Ganga whafted in the air as guests swilled Belvedere drinks and champers and got vertigo leaning over the glass walls 21 stories up. Inside the DJ both, Chung and Thomas danced the Twist and later broke free to bop around to Blur. A bandage dress bedecked Alexandra Richards was happy to take over DJ duties later in the evening. Despite a long day, we snuck a few dances in, but the overall mood was blissed out summer—on top of the world.
