It's most definatly from the Glamour awards night. Its photoshopped. I mean if you look behind her theres a woman wearing a t-shirt with the Glamour logo on it.

I know exactly what you mean. Strange dress and same accessories and make-up and shoes from the Glamous awards. Especially that there are no marks on her legs makes it look like it's been photoshopped! But why?
