The lace bike shorts are kind of like reverse stay-up stockings; they draw your eye to the thigh by coverage rather than exposure. Taylor Momsen should take notes. Not really a fan, but she is pulling them off in the last outfit.

I wonder if she's just wearing them to screw with us. There's been so much written about how she can initiate a trend or sell-out a specific item that she might have thought, 'Right. I'm going to wear the most inane, ridiculous item of clothing I can and see if people will actually buy it.'

Her hair and eye-make up are looking mighty pretty as well. And hello, cheekbones...
