Well in her spread in Harper's Bazaar she said she was annoyed at everyone starting to dress so Sixties, so she resented it, but now she's started to love it again, and wears that coat occasionally.

Alexa is herself a trendy hipster so she'd be right at home at Coachella/Glastonbury and the like. Wasn't she at Coachella last year? It seems she is not so above it.

I think Alexa is media savvy enough at this point to know the implications of posting particular photos of herself. She seems to feed off criticism and self-created controversy.

Whenever I check into her thread I keep expecting to see some maturation of her style with age but she only gets more juvenile with all the rompers and little-girl dresses. By the time she's 30 I'm fully expecting her to be wearing a bonnet and pinafore.

I agree I only dip into her thread randomly now, and each time I see her regressing, I too think she knew the negative comments would come her way and still did it. Sad really.
