Poor Paolo. This is probably the ugliest collection he ever photographed. It's vile, and offensive to the eyes. It's an insult to the house, and to the legacy of the founder. I don't think I've ever disliked a collection more than this one. Even Givenchy by MW was better. What a sad shameful excuse of a collection.
 
I completely forgot this collection even happened... Which, for a brand like McQueen, is a really bad sign.

Things were still going strong up until Fall 2015 visually at the brand for Burton then it all went into some repetitious nightmare after that. Some hope came back with Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 but that was sadly fleeting. It does highlight the frame of mind of the design team though (overzealous yet one note) and of course the suits. Makes it difficult to care about work when the core people that should care about making it just don't seem to at all, and that shows through with Roversi's execution here.
