It looks really bad, her hair was so damaged they had to cut it, I guess... She still has not enough hair at the moment to rock that hair cut, looks like she's uncontrollably loosing massives amounts of hair to me... That look is definitely not polished enough for me.
Going shorter might be a solution (ex: Anja's R. bowl cut?

I don't mind it... although I sort of agree with the bowl cut suggestion... constant styling trashes your hair - all of the product, heat, and tugging... hair stylists literally give zero fXcks... and with her baby fine hair it's no surprise they had to cut it...
