the pm function isn't working right now so i'll tell you guys. i'm a model and what i do to keep really nice skin is use the tea extract sold by dr. phil's wife. it's a little kit. it has a cleanser and cream that you put on your face, and the tea extract you drink. it makes your skin look really glowy and healthy. it's actually an anti aging regimen, but it makes your skin so beautiful that i use it now. i think it mainly replenishes vitamins and electrolytes that your body needs.

her skin IS amazing! it's a no brainer to get good skin though, eat and drink well, exercise, good skin regime etc etc...oh and genetics play a huge part.
