Ali Michael

So this Ali hasn't score campaigns either...I swear this new blond zombie girl thing is taking over!

Ali Michael for Coach!

It is with excitement and delight that we report the following news:
18-year-old Ali Michael is the new face of Coach.
The Texan shot their Fall ‘09 campaign last week, with a salary reported at around $50,000 for a day’s worth of work.
That’s about 150 Coach bags, or like 1500 if you buy them on Canal Street (but obviously, you shouldn’t do that).
Ali follows Lisa Cant, Caroline Winberg, and Mandy Moore as previous faces of Coach.
But… you know… much, much cooler.

Yay for Ali:clap:Just at moment we tought that she didn't get any campaign something like this came up^_^Can't wait for shots.

I'm confused. Is it the 09/10 ad...but those aren't out yet...and I definitely didn't see her in the ones for the most recent fall. What am I missing ? Unless Coach's collection comes out early, I guess? It is almost February...

^ I'm confused about it too  But I'm still so happy for her!:heart: Too bad she didn't get more campaigns. But maybe we just don't know about something yet ?

Omg COACH? :woot:
I shop there all the time, I can't wait to see her in the ads.
and wow $50,000 salary for a day; great work Ali!

thats great news, she should be getting way more work with those looks and shes actually a really great model

there seemed to be a lot of speculation whether she would completely sink after speaking out about the modeling industry. i'm glad to see that she hasn't, though i agree that her career isn't at the place it could have been with her looks and the buzz from a year ago.:ermm:

still, i think she's doing well. her ad for lanvin was fantastic.

and she has a beautiful fawn-like quality to her. and those eyebrows! :brows: they add intensity to her look.

i agree that she is a fantastic model, one of the best young ones out there at the moment imo, and i would have thought people would be falling over themselves to get to her..

having said that, maybe this slow but steady approach is better in a way.... she won't get overexposed, she has time to nurture her personal life and not have a completely one dimensional life filled with work (she is very young after all), and everyone won't get completely sick of her the way people tend to do when a model is suddenly everywhere all at once..

i think she's fabulous

Today I went to the bookstore to buy my copy of Vogue and guess what I found! Sorry about the crappy photo, but I can't scan it :(.

Ali is on the cover of Vogue Mexico (February)! She has an editorial inside, but as you can see my room's lighting is not helping, so all the photos are terrible. Tomorrow I'll try to take some decent ones.

Photo taken by me.

Ohhh sorry for the double post but I just saw it: she's got a cover  wow that's so amazing! Even if it's "only" Vogue Mexico - really happy for her. She looks gorgeous as always, though I'm not very fond of the make-up/hair :ermm:

coach ads are really cool!!!!! i thought it might be sth boring and usual bit now i see how playful they are! great work Ali!:woot::flower:
