Oh my... I'm seriously asking myself if that "is VS good for a girls career or not" discussion will actually come to an end anytime soon. And I'm not just speaking of Ali here - because it was the same with Dorothea, Abbey Lee etc.
And in Ali's case we're not even speaking of the actual show! So come on, it's just a catalogue. Good money and nice exposure for Ali. It's not that hf clients will look at Ali's book - see amazing pics from Vogue to Dazed & Confused and then: omg VS! No, we don't want her anymore.
That's ridiculous. I think she looks nice (besides the blondeness, which I never have been a fan of, but that's history now anyway) and if she didn't want to do it, I'm sure she wouldn't have said yes to VS. She's a model afterall. You can't just choose out of the best and most prestigious high fashion jobs. And of course: you want to make some money!

I find it quite ridiculous that people or "fans" start " crying" because a well known and good booked HF model (in young yrs) was booked for VS. Get over it Elite (?) and Ali know the business good enough(and better than most of her fans) to choose which clients are good and which could "ruin" her HF career.

oh I don't mind Ali doing catalogue cause it's pay nice and shows her versatility, I'm just not a big fan of the show itself, too circus-y and flashy for me.
But it won't be the end of the world for me if she'll end up walking for VS, quite a few of my other favorite models did and I lived through it. I actually sat down and watched the show for them
