Model student is off to Cambridge


A model who paraded on the catwalk for some of the world's top designers was celebrating today after securing a place at Cambridge.
Alice Gibb, 18, who has been photographed by Mario Testino and appeared in runway shows for Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen, achieved straight As in history, French, English and maths.
The Portsmouth Grammar pupil will study history,
She said today: 'I am really excited to be going to Cambridge, I'm so relieved.

'I am probably more nervous at exams than taking to the catwalk, it's not the end of the world if you do not do well in a job as there will always be another one.'
She said that she had attempted to strike a careful balance between her studies and her modelling career.
'I was a bit careful, I have always been really conscious about taking too much time off.'

Haha yes, indeed! astuteness is running in her family, her father is a distinguished brain surgeon So happy for her, this is way better than EVERY modeling contract! She's so cute.
