London Trawling | Christian Schoeler at Modern Art

One of the coolest exhibitions in town is the joint show by the artist Christian Schoeler and Another Man magazine at Modern Art on the still gritty warehouse stretch on Vyner Street.

This latest series of canvases by Schoeler — images from which appear in the new issue of Another Man — is a collaboration with the stylist Alister Mackie (the magazine’s creative director) and Mackie’s former flat-mate, the Berlin-based photographer Benjamin Alexander Huseby. (Schoeler took half of the photographs of models in his Dusseldorf studio and was himself the model in the rest of the pics, taken by Huseby.)
