I really need to start exercising, especially on my legs, but in between school and my job, I just want to spend my free time relaxing. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm starting to eat healthier so I'm hoping it gives me the energy (and willpower) that I need to get in shape. Too bad I can't rely on the "growth spurt" metabolism I had when I was 15-16...those were the days..
Silvi I have very bad appearence of veins in my legs, for me it's actually genetic, I get it from my dad. And it's only going to get worse the older I get. I noticed going to the tanning bed makes them darker, so I've stopped doing that. Thank god for tights and pantyhose! :s
