The cover image itself #21 is actually really nice, but they have seriously arsed it up by making it look very messy with the text placement. A decent effort that is cocked up royally.

The make-up looks good enough in the full body shots, but on closer inspection inexcusably shoddy for (the cover of) a beauty magazine. The dark eye-shadow under her eyes looks as if the eyeliner's gotten smudged from rubbing, while her protruding underlip makes it look as if it's been painted way over. This not mentioning the hair, which looks mainly shapeless on the cover. Whether it's just on January here or regardless of her I don't know, but this is how you do hair and make-up on January Jones:
