I've always overlooked Allure. It feels like a "commercial" magazine, like Instyle or something, but just look at the model line up! And Amanda Seyfreid looks so pretty and fresh, more an actress than a celeb unlike all the usual suspects, and hasnt been in every magazine for the past 5 years. Interesting how this turns out.

You've been missing out on a hidden treat for some time, because the editorials usually feature someone well worth looking at.

What I also appreciate about Allure is that sometimes you get a man in the editorial to add a sensual undertone to the scenario, whereas in many magazines, heterosexual men don't really seem to exist in the same room as any woman wearing fashion.

I looked through this & was very disappointed with it. For a September issue IMO it is very weak. August was much better at featuring Fall & July was better also. I left it.

The article on Paul Cavaco was great though!
