Amerie Break Ups To Make Ups Album - Amerie has revealed that her new album will be entitled Break Ups to Make Ups and it will be out in June or July of 2009.According to EW:

She signed with the Island Def Jam Music Group, and is currently working on her next studio album with L.A. Reid, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. Recently on her Twitter account, Amerie revealed that she has been recording new music in Atlanta, Georgia.According to staff from the Def Jam company this album will be the labels main priority this year. It will be executively produced by Bryan Michael Cox and will be expecting contributions from Christopher “Tricky” Stewart, DJ Toomp, Ernest ‘No I.D’ Wilson, Will.I.Am, Bangledesh, Cool & Dre, Sean Garrett, Dallas Austin, Justice League, L.O.S Da Maestro, Salaam Remi and Eivan “Ricco” Bj.

Amerie’s first single will be out in the upcoming weeks.

Amerie Nabs 'Make Up' Album Title, Def Jam Release
Amerie's long-anticipated Def Jam debut is coming sooner than previously thought. As a matter of fact Amerie just twittered up a few interesting album details !

According to an entry on Twitter Friday, Amerie has named the album "Break Ups to Make Ups".

"I've been writing my heart out for the last few months...I really, really, really hope u feel me...." says Amerie.

An anticipated album for fans, Amerie's "Break Ups to Make Ups" follows the former Columbia star's 2007 effort "Because I Love It".

Fast at work in the studio with major producers including Warryn Campbell (Mary Mary), Amerie's "Break Ups To Make Ups" is slated for release June/July of this year !
