Ami F/W 2025.26 Paris

It really looked better in motion than in photos.
Money well spent Alexandre! The best cast money can offer and it looks fabulous.

The clothes are great. The bags are great but the shoes are still terrible. I genuinely think that he should ask Pierre Hardy to collaborate with him for the shoes.

Now I understand why I don’t like Nazario’s styling for AMI: there’s no story other than colors. So at the end, things just looks like an endless variation on 3 looks. I prefer when it’s an idea then another idea.

Nevertheless, bravo Alexandre!

Looks good in motion and the butter colors are on point.
No wonder it sells like hot cakes as everyday running-errands wear. At least it's urbanwear, urban without falling in the trap of streetwear.

I quite literally want everything. Men's and Women's.
I just whised it was a liiiittle more fashion forward, but oh it looks so good!

The epitome of the overrated Paris brand. Never liked it, never will. You won't catch me in a Made in Romania jacket no matter if it's "with love" or not, and no matter how big your marketing budget has become to try to trick me into thinking you're a big player.

Happy to see Cole Mohr though, he's forever the coolest.

Great casting. Loathe the styling. But it's great seeing how much he has evolved and grew the business.

Yesterday we had 5 new threads on TFS.
DVN aside, the other four (PPhilo, Ami, Lemaire and The Row) are not thaaaat different from each other.
But The Row is trashed and Ami is praised.

I hated the Margiela rip-off, and I get that The Row is more expensive than Ami, but still I do think there are double standards.

I like Ami (and The Row, and PP... it is difficult to dislike this type of fashion because it is superclean, safe and what consensually is considered good taste) but if I had to buy, I would spend a little more and go to Lemaire.

The promise and ethos of the brand are not the same.
So you cannot see things with the same POV because it’s never always equal.

I don’t care for The Row but I buy Toteme.
And AMI is historically a menswear brand doing womenswear so the appreciation is not the same.
