Yes, her real name's An, but as a model she goes by the more international Anne. Not really sure why, though. I doubt using An (An Oost, anyone?) would be a hindrance in her career.

I know what you're talking about and I highly doubt it. Her eyelids look very natural and that procedure is pretty much mostly popular only in Korea (most Koreans are born without double lids and An is Japanese, not Korean).
