I don't know if its something psychological or an optical illusion, but now with the make over I can't help to see the obvious beauty of the original man in her face. I mean, when she was a boy, it was very confusing sometimes, I thought he was very similar to a girl, but now that she had all the body surgeries, I feel like that mystery is completely gone. I really don't know why, but lately I find the manly appeal of her handsome face more evident to my eyes... what a difficult task it must be to a surgeon to completely eliminate an original gender essence. If there is natural beauty involved, I think it's impossible to get rid of it without destroying harmony. I really hope no one ever try to modify that face though, it would definitely ruin the model for life.
