I think the new ed in V mag styled by Gareth and shot by Karl is quite androgyness I think. Kind of very glam rock, they're wearing Rick Owens heeled shoes and it's styled very well. I don't have time to post right now but I will later.

I just discovered this interesting thread and haven't had a chance to read the whole thing, but I thought I would post some of my androgynous design work for male fashions. I have to agree that androgyny is on the rise again as I have seen an increase in orders for my male skirt and kilt designs. (I am a newbie here so please let me know if i posted anything incorrectly )

I love the clothing, but I don't think the model fits them. Even with the curly long hair he looks more Alpha Male than Androgyneous in my humble opinion.

^^ I agree. Androgyny to me is - not uncertainty, but something like it - ambiguity about gender. Not being quite sure.

Jay Dezelic's designs seem like they're bordering more on guys-in-girls'-clothing than androgyny. Which doesn't mean I don't like them, I think they're awesome.

I agree. The curly hair makes him look more Achilles a la Brad Pitt than androgynous. His facial structure is very strikingly masculine.
