The shoe designer works with the firm in Cannes.

The French firm chose the shoe designer to create a pair of sandals stiletto encrusted with jewels and use the model Anja Rubik on the red carpet in Cannes on May 19.
The co-president of Chopard jewelry, Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele, personally worked to conceptualize Zanotti pink satin heels with rose gold chain, 22 carat diamond, 134 carats and 199 carat rubellite pink sapphires.
