Anja used to be a brunette at the beginning of her career - you can see some of her earlier pics at the beginning of the thread. But I believe it was only when she changed to blonde that her career sped up. :flower:

in my opinion, anja is sooo underratED
I mean, her face is beautiful, PERFECT
her body is stunning, looks great in everything
perfectly proportioned...
her editorials are wonderful, her runway walk is brilliant
so... why isn't she a SUPERMODEL?
i mean she is very famous... but still,
i think she's much better than daria, who seems to currently hold that title
:P

^ Hmmm.. you can't really compare Anja and Daria.. they're different.

True, but I see the point...Daria is profiled in every other magazine article, and Anja is, well, let's face it, only known to us insiders... :(

Both of them (Daria & Anja) are magnificent! I agree about the fact that Anja is underrated and she deserves more attention. Anja looks gorgeous as blond as brunnette. Both colors looks naturel on her and she has perfect hair!

Boomer and VickiB I totally agree with you both, Anja does deserve more credit!
I just meant that it's hard to compare models at all, seeing how they are so different and appeal to people differently. :flower:

& Thankyou Kanna, you are zee best

I love Anja, but, Don't kill me, I find that editorial kinda boring, and she doesn't have any passion in her eyes there.

Thanks for posting it though Kanna!

Thank you so much, Kanna!:flower: Anja's a real beauty. I love her with that brown hair too.

I agree that it is not too exciting, however - and really not to fight for Anja but on a more general note - when you look at and judge an editorial, I wonder how much really depends on a model and what is the photographer's and stylist's input.
From my experience (I assisted a few sessions), I believe that if a magazine requests and the photographer follows a certain vision for an editiorial then the model's task is just to comply with it, act as she's asked to. So if the idea for some shoot was to picture the model in an aloof way, no passion-no tension, then we get such an editorial.
I wonder what are your opinions about it?
