Nice to see you. You're often in polish media recently.
A: I'm traveling a lot but I always come to Poland with pleasure.

What do you think about polish fashion industry, do you follow its development?
A: I think the latest years bring a lot of good things for this industry. There appeared a lot of young designers who are at high level. It's promising for future.

But is still far to New York?
A:It doesn't make sense to compare Poland with NY. There people invest a lot of money in fashion industry. People from all countries come to NY. It's a mix of really talented young artists. I think it never will be the same with Poland.

Do you have your favorite designer?
A: I often recieve the informations in e-mail about new collection and new faces promoted in Poland. I try to be updated. If I have to choose, I would favor Maciej Zień. I was in his fashion show in Paris and he represents high level. I also love the projects of Łukasz Jemioła.

I know you like brand name clothes which you wear in your own way. Which brand name is your favorite?
A: It's changing but I stay loyal to Chloe, Yves Saint Laurent, Marni and I feel a soft spot for Gucci lately.

Do you follow trends or you buy classic clothes which are good for every season?
A:It's not good to take care of trends too much, you should have courage to create your own style. Every men should play with fashion. Today it's hard to tell what is in vogue and what is not. My mom always call to me with this problem and ask "listen, what should I buy, what is in vogue right now?" and I always say the same thing: "Choose something with in you feel good and create your style". You only need to watch Oscar de la Renta, Karl Lagerfeld or Versace fashion show. Every designer promotes his own trends and I think it’s fantastic!

Are you wasteful, you spend a lot of money on clothes?
A: I'm trying to control myself (laught). Sometimes I'm tempted to something and I spend more than I should but I often mix expensive clothes with the cheaper ones. I have to admit that the shops like H&M or Zara have really nice collection right now, you only need to search.

What kind of clothes you have the most in your wardrobe?
A: I'm after removal and I realised I have a soft spot for coats. I didn't know I have them so many, I forgot about some of them! I also adore earrings, I buyed them a lot after cutting my hair. And bags of course.

Are you going to surprise us with something? New hairstyle?
A: I'm going to let my hair grow back, even If I love short edgy haircut. I'm not scared of changes, I think I got rid of inhibitions about my hair. I love it! I'm dreaming about dying my hair black one day.

How do you prepare to the photoshoot?
A: A few weeks ago, I had a photshoot for V magazine" which was inspired by Fellini's movies. I saw some of his movies but I decided to make a movie night to feel the atmosphere and play my role better. It's a nice part of my work.

Which features a good model should have?
A: She should be open and have a lot of patience and ,what is the most important, she has to like her job. Without fascination and passion, it’s hard to survive in this industry. The rest will come with experience.

There are a real friendship in this business or only rivalry?
A: The system of work makes friendship more difficult because we don’t have a time. Of course, I have some friends, but it’s not easy to set a date for meeting. When they are in London, I’m in Paris etc. I think the rivalry was bigger in earlier years, today fashion business is bigger and every person can find a place in it. Today rivalry is less noticeable and we talk less about it.

There’s a new men in your life, you have very successful professional live, how do you feel about it?
A: I feel happy! Though I know in this job you have to search a place all the time, there are always new faces at the covers of the magazines. I hope this don’t let me to rest on laurels. When I’m stressed, Sasha is next to me and he helps me to distance. He’s model too but he can judge the situation objectively and he gives me a strong.

How do you spend your free time?
A: We aren’t so popular in NY. We like reading books, going to cinema, spend the time with each other. I also do yoga, it makes me feel relaxed.

The fact that Sasha is a model helps in your relationship? If model can be understood only by a model? I mean a lot of models are single due to their active life.
A: Hard to tell. I think the fact that he’s a model help us to spend more time together. Our profession gives us more possibility, we can be spontaneous and get on the plane and arrive to the photoshoot or arrange a trip for a couple of days. It’s fantastic!

You two take part in holiday photoshoot for GAP, we will see you together in some other projects?
A: We have some ideas but nothing is concrete. Now I’m working with Mark Quazi who asked me to design new collection of shoes and bags. This collection will be available in f/w 2009-2010.

How do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: I don’t think about future. I’m living this moment right now. I think that thanks to my job I still have the new possibility. I’m dreaming about living in Europe for 6/7 years.

Do you want to move from NY?
A: I like NY but I don’t want to stay there for the rest of my life. Someday I want to have babies and beautiful house at the seaside.

great video, thank you for posting anastyle! she looks her best here. her face fatures are very delicate and smooth. I even think I'd like to see her with long hair again but I don't think black would suit her at all. I think it would make her look older..
