Hi, these pics are ads that contained in US Vogue, W, or Neiman Marcus catalog those are sold some "ristricted" area. Soemtimes we call it as NY edition. But in fact I don't know these versions are sold only in New York.
If you have a chance same issue of US Vogue with provided at various place, you will know sometimes each mag contains a few different ads that others don't contain.

At first I thought this Neiman Marcus thing was sold in every US copies of US Vogue. I see that it is actually a catalog with limited copies. I guess I will have to look for it on Ebay...
