I think the ressemblence to Chloe is done on purpose as it's too evident. I guess it goes with the general idea of H&M to make high fashion go down to the streets and popularize it. So they're making a funny 'plagiarism' of Chloe- with a cheaper style and easy, bright lighting and smiles which make the clothes accesible. I like it very much. B)
