Another Giuseppe Zanotti SS09 ad Very cute

There is just something about Anja Rubik that draws me in — and ever since her haircut she has been even more captivating. However, she is also a model who knows how to sell merchandise. The position Anja maintains in this particular Giuseppe Zanotti shot not only shows off her flexibility, but it also provides the perfect view for those fetching stilettos. And though her eyes are gazing at you intently, a slight head tilt towards the shoe provides the image with unspoken dialogue: “Look, these shoes are why I’m so much better than you.” And boy oh boy do I believe it when I see this ad.

isn't [ ] a dirty word these days? Ya know... "Most annoying person of 2008" and all...

seriously, i think the expression is abit Aggyilicious (hence icky), but Anja just does it a million times better.

it is always a bad idea - and generally disconcerting - to evoke ms. deyn name or image in any discussion of anja, but her eyes and poses in this Zanotti campaign just constantly remind me of deyn. the most recent picture reinforces that impression
