hmm not sure if i'm liking her short, boyish cut...i think she looks much better in the more feminine, long hair.... but i guess its good to see her in something new&different

Haven't she and Sasha been in Dolce&Gabbana S/S 2006?
And I agree with the catalog thing. Although the pics themselves are not very interesting, she's just so beautiful there, nonetheless. Especially the 6th pic is to die for

Usually catalogues are not meant to be dynamic or exciting..but Anja manages to make everything look better and more sophisticated so, i really really like it! And it was the first time Anja and Sasha ever did something together..right?!

anja has given amazing performances for catalogs - fall 2007 and last spring for neiman marcus, just this spring for bergdorf goodman, and this one for americana. i think a lot depends and a lot of taste and sophistication is allowed in catalog works

i think anja and sasha had collaborated quite a few times before they started dating, this one and that dolce campaign in 2006 (a group shot, but anja was chosen to kiss sasha). anja said when they started dating in 2008, it was sasha who recognized anja on ny's streets and not the other way around, so clearly anja had poor recollection not that that was that surprising: certainly anyone who worked with anja would forever remember her; reversely, i am sure most people here were, like me, paying absolutely no attention to the male cameo next to anja when they first saw the americana catalog early last year

Anja has an interview in the austrian magazine "Madonna" ... No new pictures or exciting stories, but she mentions that she comes to Salzburg (one of Austria's states) pretty often. Especially in winter to go skiing together with her boyfriend who lives in NY but is originally from Austria (which I didn't know hehe). I should watch out for Miss Rubik more often I guess

hmm, just read the interview, and she did say sasha was born an austrian. weird, wasn't sasha a serbian (who used to live in wien)? i am also surprised by her mention of van noten as a favorite designer - i don't think she ever walked for the show
