i cannot not like anja in any and all her moments - my brain isn't wired that way so i am perfectly sincere when i say i like her at the show: she was beautiful there and she got a rare chance to show off her perfect body.

but vs just seems to be the wrong crowd: i cannot not dislike all the vs angels. i don't resent them because of their vs associations. of those vs angels who migrated to vs from high fashion, i resented them even before the migration. although anja isn't a vs angel (and i am confident she never will be), walking for the show already brought her dangerously close to that unpleasant bunch of vs angels

I don't understand your issue with VS and the show? Look, I know the show has some god awful outfits, and some of the girls go a little overboard with blowing kisses and waving while walking but it's apart of the experience. It's suppose to be an entertainment spectacle. Not a real runway show.

Do you not like it because you associate it with the word commercial? I personally have no issue with Anja doing VS or the show because it finally proves that she can do something else other than HF. It's made me like her even more now that she's done the show.

The VS show is probably one of the most high profile jobs out there. You're not just staring down a camera in a campaign, you're walking in front of millions of people all over the world. It's the perfect platform for any model. And the fact that they chose her over many top top models says a lot. I'm not trying to attack you or anything, I just don't understand where you're coming from

The more I look at it the more that I'm covined that its Anja's body on the cover. It even looks like part of the bust area is a lightly photoshoped of the runway pic. Minus the questionable hip on the cover I think its then all demi below the waist

as i said, i don't have problems with the underwear (i wanted to see anja as much as possible; and of course anja could do things outside high fashion, and vs wasn't the first or final proof of anja's endless versatility) or the commercial side of the show (i am not her agent; i don't care if she made a lot of money and gained a lot of exposure - it is not like anja gaining a new army of admirers would make me like her more or less). bizarre behaviors like blowing kisses on the runway are inexcusably silly for me, but at least those aren't my biggest problems. the biggest is with the usual crew at vs, and i cannot stress enough how i disliked the vs angels even before they moved to vs from high fashion. if those models hadn't disappeared into vs, i would have wished them disappear into retirement or some deep abyss in the oceans. so my problem with vs is entirely derivative - after vs repeatedly picked up my least favorite girls and caused me to wonder why their aesthetic happened to be so consistently different from mine.

to put it more vulgarly, vs is like a guy who picks up after my dog. of course my instinctive revulsion originally is with the animal droppings, but sooner or later i have to wonder why the hell does that guy keep picking up after my dog so tirelessly and consistently?
