I first fell in love with Ann-Margret when I saw her in Tommy when I was like 14. I loved how she was so ordinary in features yet incredibly striking. Also, the reddish hair. Lovely!

My dad told me a nice story about Ann Margret. He was a groomsman in the wedding of one of his frat brothers, and Ann Margret was the maid of honor. He says she didn't wear makeup and wore a really plain hairstyle, and it was really obvious she was trying to keep attention off herself so everyone would pay attention to the bride and not to her. My dad said she was very nice and sweet in person. What a cool lady.
