I love that paper mache technique she did. The collection as I see here is actually much than what I've seen in recent seasons from her. Kind of re-kindling that strength of when she was in Paris.

it's not even done in any sort of artful way...
it's worse than amateur...it's sloppy and empty...
if you are going to attempt anything like that ...
you have to fully commit and take it all the way...
this looks like a last minute effort to make something uninspired into something interesting....

it's like making the paper of your resume pink to hide the fact that you have no actual experience or qualifications for the job...
it doesn't fool anyone...


ugh...

* the fabric treatment seems like the start of something...
imo...she would have done better to take that further and create something unique rather than relying on gimmicks...

or maybe she should consider textile design as an alternative career...
