i think he's one of those under rated designers who deserves some credit for transforming the house of loewe's ready to wear line. l've never seen his stuff in the US but i did in Asia and I have to say he does the best when it comes to working with leather and incoporating leather into diff. types of fabrics to make women look feminine and expensive. the clothes are wearable, natural (without trying to hard) and worth the $$$. other designers tried too hard ... such as MJ at LV..
