Hmm .. Anna has great style, but that pic of her 3 days after birth looks like her PR have arranged for faux paparazzi shots - she looks too polished and overdressed for just going for a walk with the baby! (especially in comparison to her partner) I know this 'arranged' photography happens a lot to get publicity (Anna is about to film a new movie where she has naked scenes) .... what do you think??

Anna is only a minor celeb though really, I mean its people like the Beckhams that undoubtly set up photo opportunities (although i like them that is true).

Wow, she looks amazing - I just love that outfit! I agree she does look very 'polished', but maybe she wants to feel good about herself after giving birth - if so, totally understandable.

well, i don't know about her wearing the trousers, but David just adores Anna!!

She looks amazing! The only difference is that now she has big breasts, whereas before they were definately a lot smaller.

I've become an Anna fan because I have a big huge crush on David Thewlis.

I can't believe I didn't know they had the baby. They look so happy. Great pics everyone. I love these two together. I think she should play Tonks in Harry Potter 4, she could pass for 20.
