Bruna sent to me today this photo of new Anna Sui ads...

It looks... bad. I'd say ph= Meisel because him & Anna are such good friends & he shoots all the cosmetics ads but this ad looks kind of cheap/bad. Looks like Nieman Marcus/Bergdorfs ads.

No, that's a fur hat.

The butterfly background ruins the advertisement for me. Anna's clothing is already covered in vivid, busy patterns; by adding even more to surrounding features, viewers are distracted from the actual products.

I love Bruna. I love Anna Sui. I loved that last collection. Hell, I even loved those fur hats.

Unfortunately, I'm not crazy abotu this ad. I usually love the Anna Sui cosmetics ads, but the background just makes it look a little cheap. Still, Bruna, given the awkward angle still looks pretty as ever. Hopefully there are more images than just this one.
