Another Skirt

There is a pic of Liv Tyler in the new US Weekly magazine on page 22 Oct 11th issue wearing the cutest long peasant skirt. Its light blue & dark blue & has flowers that look like they were drawn on. Does anyone know where I can get one? Could it be designer or is there a hippie store that sells this type of this around Manhattan?
